Very comfy bed, top quality and brand-new room.

Internet connection was weak.

A deluxe queen room with bath has basic facilities you need. All the staff is very pleasant and exceptional and is engaged to make your stay very comfortable. The property's location is lovely and absolutely perfect, very close to the restaurant, Hethel, and common areas.

I was disappointed with the check-in process. This inconvenience, as I had to go through unnecessary steps to get a room that was already reserved.

The bedroom was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. I loved relaxing in the lovely garden and enjoyed a stroll around the peaceful grounds. The only downside is that the TV was a bit small for the space, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

WiFi connectivity was abysmal!!! I couldn't believe the bar closed at 9 PM, forcing us to retreat to a room with terrible TV signal. Wish there were options for early check-out and takeout breakfast!!!

The large bed was like sleeping on a cloud! 🚀 Super comfy room with a powerful shower. Only downside was a couple of small issues with the charges, but resolved quickly. Would definitely come back!
