I was extremely disappointed with the check-in process. This inconvenience made me feel unimportant and frustrated, as I had to go through unnecessary steps to get a room that was already reserved.

My stay was fantastic as the area is filled with great attractions like Wymondham Abbey less than 7 km away and the peaceful charm of Wymondham Market Cross just under 6 km from the hotel, making it perfect for my city strolls. the staff were very friendly and the food was exceptional, which really added to the overall experience.

The bedroom was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. I loved relaxing in the lovely garden and enjoyed a stroll around the peaceful grounds. The only downside is that the TV was a bit small for the space, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

WiFi connectivity was abysmal!!! I couldn't believe the bar closed at 9 PM, forcing us to retreat to a room with terrible TV signal. Wish there were options for early check-out and takeout breakfast!!!

The bar closing early left me without drink options late at night. I would have appreciated more timely room refreshes, like coffee refills and biscuits. a lovely stay but a few tweaks needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Bird In Hand. The spacious, well-equipped rooms and the delicious meals enhanced our experience. the TV in our room had intermittent issues. Despite that, the welcoming atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our visit memorable.

The large bed was like sleeping on a cloud! 🚀 Super comfy room with a powerful shower. Only downside was a couple of small issues with the charges, but resolved quickly. Would definitely come back!

Rooms are spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The pub has a great selection of beers and the food is top-tier—definitely try the turkey roast dinner!
